[Insight-users] where can i get the brainweb165a10f17.mha

hello,everybody
  when I use the application\GeodesicActiveContour,It always show that the "image must be 3d and with at least 10 pixels along each dimension",I think it must be the image that i provided is not correct.So I found that in the mailing list,someone advise to use "brainweb165a10f17.mha".So I want to know where can i get this file.
  I have already go to the  brainweb (the www.itk.org->data), but the image i get is raw and mnic,so I feel very confused.
  anyone could help me?
