[Insight-users] MRF Image Filter

Hi,

I need to use the MRFImageFilter in order to refine an initial classification 
that I provide. 

Now the ITK Software guide mentions that two images are required: 

-the image to be classified
-an image containing the initial labelling

However the documentation does not seem to mention anywhere how I can plug in 
the initial labelled image into the MRF filter (I do wish to use my own 
initial labelled image rather than have the MRF filter generate the labels.)

I'd really appreciate advice on this.
