I would like to run the DeformableModel1.cxx file, but I don't know how.
They say that we should give the InputImage and the binaryImage.

- The InputImage can be a PNG image ????
- In what must consist the InputImage ??? What kind of draw must have the
image ???
- What is the BinaryImage ???
