[Insight-users] Release ITK 2.8 : Now Requiring CMake 2.2

In preparation for the release of ITK 2.8 the code in
the CVS repository is now requiring to use CMake 2.2.


If your CMake version is older, please update if from


              http://www.cmake.org


When replacing CMake versions it is strongly recommended
to remove the binary tree where you have been building ITK,
and create a new binary three from scratch.
