[Insight-users] transformation matrix

Thank you all for your help!! :>  I am very grateful!

However, here comes my last question for today....an important one too!!

After the registration, I get the transformation matrix like this:

>From the rotational part of the matrix, it seems to me that it's close to
an identity matrix.  (or is it?)  But then, how come some of the beginning
slices of the registered moving image were gone?  ...It seems that there is
some rotation about x or y axis that causes this....  but how do we read it
from the registration transformation matrix?
