Hi Tao,

Please look at the example code in:

   InsightApplications/ItkMFC


You should not include the icon file
in the list of resource files.

For an example on how to configure a more
complex GUI, you may want to look at the
source code of CMake itself. The MFC GUI
of CMake is in the directory:


     CMake/Source/MFCDialog


(This is in the source code that you can
    download from www.cmake.org).
