[Insight-users] Level Set Deformable Registration Vector Components and Their Units

Hi,

This is probably very trivial, but in what units are the vector components
in after you've performed a level set deformable registration?  Would they
be in mm, for example, if the input images are in mm, or would they simply
be relative magnitudes?

For example:  Assuming I performed a LS deformable registration on 2 3D
images with spacing = {0.2 0.2 0.4} mm, origin {0 0 0}, and size = {85 85
64} pixels, and one of the images is shifted in the y direction by one
pixel.  What would, say, a deformation = {0.078829 0.249666 0} indicate?
