[Insight-users] Maximum error of DiscreteGaussianFilter

Hi Markus,

In this case, the information in the code is more reliable
than the figure in the ITK Software Guide.

The figure in the Guide was intended to provide an intuitive
view of the maximum error, but it is not the mathematically
correct interpretation.

Please disregard the figure in the Software Guide and follow
the information in the code.
