[Insight-users] Install Errors with WrapITK

ITK_CSWIG_JAVA is the old wrapping system. It is set to OFF in my build

also be sure to have WRAP_ITK_JAVA to ON.

Please let me know if it work that way - I'll add a conflict with the  
old wrapping system.
