[Insight-users] transfrom pointset

hello ;
I create a  3D test image and a pointset which was created from that image. I would like to apply a transfromation to these pointset,is that possible with TransfromMehsFilter? because as far as I understood that class accepts only mesh not a pointset? 
Is there anyone who has some knowledge about that?
