[Insight-users] Problem with voting for a bug

Hi,

as you may read below, I have asked few people to vote for a bug, but this 
does not seem to be possible. I don't see that anybody would vote for the 
bug, nevertheless the BugTracker reports a maximum number of votes.

Hi Martin,

I attempted to vote for your bug report, but got the message that
"You have reached the maximum number of votes per user" even
though I have never voted before. Strange. In any case, I completely
agree that this should fall under the purview of the itkGDCMImageIO -
it would be great to see your patch committed to the itk source base.
