[Insight-users] How to iterate over a region by another region?

Hi,Assume regions A and B where B is smaller than A. How is it possible to iterate over A by B? That is, how to iterate region-by-region instead of pixel-by-pixel? Which filter is the best to start with to implement this kind of iteration?
