[Insight-users] Mutual Information Registration

Hi,
 I am using ImageRegistration8.cxx with the Mattes algorithm to do 3D
registration. I was wondering if someone could tell me whether the
program, at each step, does translations first and then rotations or
vice versa? I think it is rotation first and then translation, but I
still wanted to make sure.
