[Insight-users] itkRegMFC new version

Hi,

  Here are some new features of the new version itkRegMFC:
  1. Support both debug mode and release mode.
  2. The registration work has been put into a single thread which means you
can do something else to the UI while waiting for the huge computation.
  3. The interface for capturing iteration information is created for you.
  4. I keep the intact structure of 'Solution Explorer', 'Class View' and
'Resource View' which means it will be easy for you to edit all the files in
VS.
  5. You don't need to worry about the project properties, just use cmake to
build the project under debug/release mode and ready to go.

  Note that if you want release version, you'd better build the itk
libraries of release.

  For debug mode, it will take around 2402ms to finish the whole
registration job, while with release mode, it only takes 437ms which is
nearly 6 times faster.
