[Insight-users] .otl file format

Hi,

I'm comparing segmentation methods using the MR images provided in
http://www.cma.mgh.harvard.edu/ibsr/ibsr_data, I've downloaded the .tga
files and .otl ones, but I've some troubles. In the comparison process which
segmentation files to use: the "trinary" files or the .otl files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
