[Insight-users] one problem solved (3D .mha) and a new question

Luis, thanks a lot for your quick response. I identified my error. Using 
3D .mha files I forgot to add the fird dimention coordinates for my seed points 
in the code. 

Could anyone tell me how to convert my segmented .mha files to a format 
readable by Tetgen (I need to build a 3D FE mesh).
