[Insight-users] ImageRegistration

HI,

I am new to ITK.I want to develop a commandline application,such that it should support all types of Registration.For that I am exploring in ITK Software guide,but i am unable to get clarity regarding parameters,etc., which I has to give provision for my application users.
So,If any body come acrossed this type of application,pls guide me with all the relevant information,i has to consider.
