[Insight-users] Affine transformation

I am trying to register two images using affine transformation.
In my demand that these two images not only including translation and
rotation but also scaling.
Therefore I am first finding the example in Insight directory.
It seems satisfied for my demand in MultiResImageRegistration2.cxx.
But after trying the example using two images that one is a MRI image and
other one is a scaling image from first.
It does not performed successfully.
I am so confused for this result,
Have any body can give me some suggestion?
