[Insight-users] mapping points

Hello ITK-users,

In a radiotherapy setting I am trying to do the following.

I am mapping a set CT1 of ct-slices to a set CT2 of ct-slices of the
same patient, but at different times, using
"BSplineDeformableTransform". This works though it takes a long time.

Related to CT1 are structures (organs, targets etc) defined as curves
(ordered sets of points in fact) in the slices of CT1. Now I would like
to map these structures into CT2. The problem is that I can not find a
method to apply the map generated by "BSplineDeformableTransform" to for
example a "LineSpatialObject". (Or should I create a mesh first? To me
mapping points seemed to bee the simplest way.)

Any help will greatly appreciated.

Igor
