[Insight-users] problem installing dlls with visual studio 2005

All,

It seems like INSTALL only installs the ITKcommon.dll.  But, there are many
other static libs.

In CMake, I specified Build shared libs as YES.

Is this a known issue with visual studio 2005?  Should I be using static
libraries anyway with Itk for some reason that I do not know about?
