[Insight-users] QuaternionRigidTransform SetRotation

Hello;
I am trying to implement pointsettoimageregistration and I use QuaternionRigidTransform class. How should I set the rotation of this transform?for example I set the translation like that  finalTransform->SetTranslation( centerMovingimage - centerFixedpointset );  translation works fine ,but i also have to set rotation  . how can I calculate the rotation matrix? I hope somebody will help me.
