[Insight-users] DeformableRegistration8

Greetings!

I am experimenting with a deformable registration method that would  be 
suitable
for large 3D MR data sets (512x256x256 and 1024x512x512).

It looked like DeformableRegistration8 is a fast method so I tried it 
for the
beggining on down-sampled images but it
seems that the registration stops after only one iteration.

Here is the message I get when the registration ends:

Probe Tag    Starts    Stops           Time
         Registration           1            1            22.2632

The resampled image looks similar to the moving image.

I wonder how I can make sure that the optimizer indeed progresses. 
Perhaps the
original settings are not appropriate for these kind of images?
