Did you build the Auxillary's InsightApplications as well.. The LandmarkMI tool depends on a few libraries in Auxillary.

I would suggest building InsightApplications as a whole, and not just the LandmarkMI tool. That should build everything needed.

Hey Luis,
Thanks for your response. Im still trying to build the LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration.
Ive build FLTK and everthing seems ok. However when I build the Landmark tool I get
the following error:

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'ITKFlFileWriter.lib'

I use versions InsightToolkit-3.2.0 and fltk-1.1.x-r5808.tar.
Do you have any idea what I can do to solve this? Google didn't give any result when I searched
ITKFLFILEWriter.lib.

Lars Nygard

Hi Lars,

1) Not only you are *allowed* to modify this program and distribute
the modifications. You are *ENCOURAGED* to do so. It is by the
incremental improvement of source code that the Open Source
    community derives the maximum benefits.

You should consider contributing your changes back to ITK,
through a submission to the Insight Journal.

Please remember that the format of papers to the Insight Journal
follows the style of a technical report written for people who
*REALLY* verifies the *REPRODUCIBILITY* of what you report.

2) You are as well encouraged to propose modifications to any of the
other applications distributed with Insight Applications.

3) You can get FLTK from

                     www.fltk.org

Note that the CVS version of FLTK can now be configured with CMake.

   Regards,

       Luis
