[Insight-users] Installed version of ITK, release with debug info and 'warning LNK4099'

Hi,

If you build ITK with VS.net 8.0 under the profile 'release with debug info', and then build the installation project, the result is effectively a release version of ITK. Now if you try to extend ITK, at the link time you get the warning LNK4099 which complains about not finding the PDB files which hold the debug information.

Is this a known problem? Obviously, the PDB files are huge in ITK, so the installation of 'release with debug info' with WrapITK on would be just about 7 Gb for ITK 3.4. Considering this, I guess there is no solution?
