[Insight-users] Shape detection levelset filter

Hi All, 

I am trying to run the shape detection levelset filter located at:
Examples/Segmentation/ShapeDetectionLevelSetFilter.cxx
on my images. My images are in 3D so I made the necessary changes ofcourse.
However, I keep getting an R.M.S. change = 0 and No. of elapsed iterations =
1 (program screen outputs) i.e. there is no segmentation produced. 

I have playing with a variety of parameters such as these: 
seedX seedY seedZ = (121, 116, 10)
 distance = 5.0
 sigma =  0.5
 sigmoidAlpha = 1.0 
 sigmoidBeta = 3.0
 curvature = 0.05 
 propogation = 1.0

which to me look reasonable. I have hosted my image at

if anyone is interested in having a look and helping me out. Also, what is
the distance parameter - is it reasonable to set it to 5.0?
