[Insight-users] 3d registration using ITK mesh

Hi,
   
  I am stuck here in 3d registraion of 2d stack of images with a VRML image. I got to know that VRML can be converted to a mesh using VTK. Did some body have done 3d registration using ITK:mesh as the model image?  
   
  Can some body please help me out?
