  I found Incorporating Metric Flows and Sparse Jacobian Transformations in ITK in

because I can't open the 
web  http://euterpe.tele.ucl.ac.be/Waleo2/insight
 
  I use registrationMIFLOW to test ellipsoidSMOOTH.mha and sphereSMOOTH.mha
 
the commond is :
  registrationMIFLOW sphereSMOOTH.mha ellipsoidSMOOTH.mha out.mha 500 250
it can run well first time, but I got the wrong information after the first time:
