A bit more information on your registration problem
will be helpful ?

By scaling are you referring to the spatial transform ?
or are you referring to the Transform parameter scaling
array that is passed to the optimizer.

Please give us a full description of what you are trying
to registrer, and what *EXACTLY* is the problem that you
are seeing with the output.
