[Insight-users] Image Registration of TEM tilt series

Hello everybody,

I want to register images from transmission electron microscope tilt series, with
fiducial markers.
These images show an object under different angles of view (from -70 to 70 °).
I have tracked the markers, and I want to make a PointSet to PointSet registration.
Does anybody knows which type of transform should I use?
