[Insight-users] Extract non-rectangular region

Hi,

I've got a set of points of a manual segmentation that define the contours
of the prostate in a MRI slice. My goal is to extract the prostate to get an
image with only this organ.

Is it possible to create a non-rectangular shape with these points to create
a mask or use these points to extract the region of interest how
itkRegionOfInterestImageFilter does?
