Hi Victor,

Thanks for the additional information.

The culprit of your all zero output image
is without a doubt:


Image 1:
 >   Origin: [-4.31602e+008,-4.31602e+008,-4.31602e+008]


Image 2:
 >   Origin: [0,0,0]



If your units are millimeters,
then the images are currently separated by 100Km !

and they have a size of about 200x200 mm...


You must use a Transform whose translation component has
values similar to:

 >   [+4.31602e+008,+4.31602e+008,+4.31602e+008]

So that you will have a chance to translate one of the image
by 100 Km, and put it on top of the other.   :-)
