[Insight-users] read files in ITK

Hi All,
 
I have an OCT raw data file and want to read it in using ITK.
 
The file layout is as following:
 
File header
SLO Image
B-Scan #0
.....
B-Scan #n-1
 
The raw data file is in binary file format and consists of the following components:
- A 2048 byte file header
- Followed by a SLO image
- Followed by a number of subsequent B-Scans.
 
Each B-Scan consists of a header followed by the B-Scan data.
B-Scan Header
B-Scan Data 
 
I appreciate any suggestion.
