Respected Sir,

Please Provide the solution for the two problems listed below

1.How can I extract pixel data from  RGB and Grayscale Images in ITK

2.How to define a region of interest on RGB and Gray scale images and then
count the number of pixels in it, as well as do various calculations on the
region. The region of interest (ROI) could be either a rectangle or an
irregular shape.
