[Insight-users] Compiling itk 3.4 with Borland C++ v5.5

Unload Make.exe from MinGW website. Make.exe is not in C:/MinGW/bin/
I have started to compile and run the examples from the ITK software guide
without problems. I still proceed with the study of the book
