[Insight-users] Gaussian smoothing at a specific point

Hi ITK Experts, 

I was wondering if there is a way in ITK to Gaussian smooth around a
specific point in a 3D image? I want to avoid Gaussian smoothing the entire
image for the sake of improving performance; my application only requires
the Gaussian at specific points. (I am doing multiscale analysis)
