Hello Emma,

I have had that problem with some of my images. I set up the whole program
to do registration and apply the deformation (co-register) to images with th
deformation field still in the memory. This way you avoid the IO issues with the
deformation field.

Also, I have this problem with only some of the deformation fields. Some others
seem
to work fine.
