[Insight-users] Executing a program with ITK in Visual Studio 6.0

Hi,

I am a newbie to ITK. I have a program that uses ITK and i was able to build
it using CMake. I am using Visual Studio 6.0 in a Windows Machine. But
I am clueless on how to execute it and produce the
output . Please help me out.
