[Insight-users] Re: Reading Deformation Field File into ITK ImageFileReader

Hello Vidya and Everyone else,

Thank you for your reply. I apply the numerous deformation fields to one particular dataset. So I need to be able to write a separate program for reading the deformation file and applying to to any data set.

Is there a workaround ?

Emma

Hello
Emma,

I
have
had
that
problem
with
some
of
my
images.
I
set
up
the
whole
program
to
do
registration
and
apply
the
deformation
(co-register)
to
images
with
th
deformation
field
still
in
the
memory.
This
way
you
avoid
the
IO
issues
with
the
deformation
field.

Also,
I
have
this
problem
with
only
some
of
the
deformation
fields.
Some
others
seem
to
work
fine.

Vidya

to
visualize
the
deformation

try
to

Paraview
,
look
in
the
itk
software
Guide
to
find
more
details.

Best
reguards,
Gabriele
