[Insight-users] Suggested values for 3D region growing

Hi,

I am doing some 3D region growing segmentation, and have started using the
examples provided and I have found out that the edge preserving smoothing
filter is way too slow when using parameters from the 2D example (5
iterations, 0.125 step). My data is a set of TC slices making a total of
512x512x150 pixels, does anyone have any suggestion for these (or other)
parameters? Should I just start trying different values?
