[Insight-users] Crest detection

Hi,

I want to compute crest lines for a 3D image.
 
I used the algorithme described in : "Crest lines extraction in volume 3D medical images a multi-scale approach"

The first step is to compute order partial derivatives(1-2-3) of image this by using RecursiveGaussianImageFilter.
The second step is to compute the 3d edge point, using the order partial derivative(1), 
the third step is to compute, for each point, a) the two principal curvature and the corresponding directions 
								  b) the extremality criterian


My question is how can i do the second and third steps using ITK.
