[Insight-users] Histogram of a dicom series

i need to know if there is any way to get and modify a histogran of a dicom image using MangedITK (with c#) or using only c#,is that possible?! i know there exists a way using c++ but the wrappers of the managedITK mention it's not possible using c#..
