[Insight-users] Setting a ROI with the ResampleImageFilter

Hello everyone,

I am trying to do a registration task where I have specified a region
of interest as follows:

registration->SetFixedImageRegion(roi);

Now, I want to use the ResampleImageFilter to apply the transformation
but only in the chosen region of interest of the fixed image and I
want to only visualize the difference image of the ROI area. Does
someone know how I can achieve this?
