Dear all, I would like to select 3D ROIS and then keep only the contours coordinates of these ROIS to use the iteratiClosestPointSet Registration. Could somebody have an idea of how to extract these ROIS and most of all have 3D point coordinates? Thanks al lot, Josiane.
