[Insight-users] no project executable built

I have a itk and vtk project with some classes I borrowed from the
gdcm project. It compiles fine, but does not build an executable file.
I figure this is a problem with cMake. I put the cMake.txt file and
cache below. This is on a windows xp system with MSVC 7. I appreciate
your help.
