Hi!

Well, i solved the orientation problem by using the itk::OrientImageFilter class.

but now i got problems with the location in space. 

When i load 2 nifti images and superimpose them (i´m currently using the InsightApllication LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration) then it looks like they dont really match. The orientation is fine, but the location in space in not the right one.

Which class i´m supposed to use to read and use the location in space from the header?

Hi!

I´m new in ITK and trying to read in a Nifti-Image.

My problem is, that ITK ignores the orientation infomation located in the Nifti header.

How can i get ITK to use the orientation information stored in the header to show the NIfti e.g. with the ITKApplication ImageViewer in the way the Image was acquired?
