[Insight-users] Comparing two images

Hi ITK experts,

I want to compare the result of two registration methods that I've applied on a sample structural image. So, I have two slightly different structural images (3-D images) from one subject. How can I compare them using ITK? For example, using least square error, mutual information or other cost functions.
