Hi Dan,

So, could you give me some suggestions how to set the number of spatial
samples to use in the Normalized MI class? In addition, what is the default
# of spatial samples used in Normalized MI metric class then? It appears
that the run time gets significantly longer if this metric is used. Does it
use all the available voxels in metric computation?
