[Insight-users] Problem in configuring ITK with cmake!

Hi all ,
I am a new user of ITK. I have red “the  getting started with ITK”  and I have tried to follow it. With windows Xp and Visual studio 8 (2005) : 
Step 1 : I have downloaded ITK (InsightToolkit-3.10.0)
Step 2 : I have downloaded Cmake (2.6patch 2)
Step 3 : configure ITK????I didn’t succeed to do it!!!I selected the source directory as the directory of ITK and I created a binary directory that I specified its path in the second field. But I have always this message of error :
Check for working C compiler: cl
Check for working C compiler: cl -- broken
CMake Error at C:/Program Files/CMake 2.6/share/cmake-2.6/Modules/CMakeTestCCompiler.cmake:32 (MESSAGE):
The C compiler "cl" is not able to compile a simple test program.
It fails with the following output:
