[Insight-users] segmentation data structure?

hello everybody,

i´m a new itk-user and need some help, please.

i want to extract lines in an image of a domino tile. with extract i 
mean to store these lines in a special data structure for segments. is 
this possible? is there any special data structure for segments?

another question: how can i get a chain code object out of an edge image 
(for example after a sobel edge detection)?
