[Insight-users] ITK MRA segmentation

Hello,
I'm new to ITK,
I have MRA dataset from which I want to extract the blood vessels, taking
into consideration the 3d volume.

What algorithms/function are available?


I also want to segment T1 & T2 weighted images, in CSF, white matter and
gray matter, which filters should I use?
